Juan Nealon is a songwriter, guitarist, and multi-instrumentalist whose love for music began at the piano at just ten years old. By fourteen, he was writing original songs, shaping his craft through melody, rhythm, and storytelling. While the piano provided his foundation, it was the acoustic guitar that unlocked his creative voice — not only for its warmth, but for its ability to act as a percussive instrument, driving his music with both rhythm and harmony.
Today, Juan blends the honesty of personal songwriting with the energy of live performance. His original music draws from rock, soul, and modern influences, creating songs that connect on a deeply human level. Through his business, he brings this artistry to both stage and studio, offering clients and audiences not just music, but an authentic experience built on years of dedication to his craft.
This song was recorded in the days with my first true original band GRAPHIC. This song pays homage to my beloved sister who left this earth too soon.
This song came after a late night show jammin with a few friends. The chorus just came out and stuck. i couldnt get it out of my head and after that it pretty much wrote itself. With the final touches (bridge specifically) helped out by my talented friend Arthur Granquist (who produced and recorded much of it), the song was done pretty quickly. Where it came from... I DON' KNOW!
This song was originally written on the acoustic and then caught the attention of someone who had an idea for a TV pilot, and wanted to use this song for the show. To make it more intimate they hired me to re-record it but on the piano instead. The show never made it, but I am so glad I got to re do a song I had written, along with Freddy Freund, a while back. This song always struck a chord with many.
